Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Product

Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and filters to ensure the return is processed without delay.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
